Dahlia

OK so I found one so far that isn't toooo bad!!
I kind of like how it has a dreamy quality everywhere except in the middle.
Any way here it is.........................

I have also been playing around with some Iris photos that I had taken a while ago.

Well unfortunately the pics of the lovely pastel Gebera flowers just didn't come out very well.  :-(
I really hate when that happens...........I don't know if I just wasn't feeling them or what.
I will of course try again in the next few days.
I hope I can get at least a couple keepers but we will see how it goes.

Oh My........

I went to Walmart today to pick a few items that I had forgotten when grocery shopping on Friday.
I had also looked (on Friday) to see if they had any decent flowers that I could use for photos..............nope they barely had any at all.

Well today I went and picked up the few things I needed and told my daughter that I was going to go look at the flowers.
OH MY............they had some dyed Dahlias....in pale orange, pink, yellow, blue, green and purple.
Oh how I wanted all of the colors but with 4 in each package I knew that I just couldn't get them all.
Soooooo I got the blue, green and purple.  woooohooooo

So tomorrow morning I know what I am going to be doing..........taking pictures.
I sure hope that I get some good shots.  Time will tell hehehe.
